I know, I know. It’s been a long time since I last posted.
I’ve had some unfortunate things to deal with these past few months, but I wanted to share with you that I’m now back on the road to healthy, and am feeling the best I’ve felt in a year-and-a-half!
Actually, I feel SO good that I’ve decided to literally get back on the road again. I had my first speaking engagement of the year a couple weeks ago in Hazleton, PA. I spoke at an EMS conference in Redding, CA this last weekend, and I'm scheduled for two more speeches next month in Lima, OH and Scranton, PA. Both are private events, but we'll still add them to the schedule page, and will be sure to let you know when any future events will be open to the public.
Speaking of that, the LA County Fire Museum is hosting a golf tournament on June 5, 2017. I have a special place in my heart when it comes to the LACoFD, so if you’re in the LA area, please come support the museum. I’ll be signing autographs throughout the day, and will be at the dinner following the tournament. Check the museum’s website in the next few days at www.LACountyFireMuseum.com or their Facebook page for more details.
I may have an even bigger surprise for all Emergency! fans who might be in Los Angeles in July! I'll post more about this one once all the details are firmed up. Let’s just say, I’ll be signing alllll day, for two-three days. Once the details are finalized, I’ll share the good news so you can plan your visit.
I want to sincerely thank everyone for your your wonderful words of concern during my absence, and mostly for your patience. It’s been a tough year-and-a-half, but it was made less difficult when reading your heartfelt words of encouragement. I humbly tip my hat to you all. Thank you.
OK everybody, let’s pull this vehicle out of the garage and back out onto Route 51 and see where it takes us.
Love you all,
